- We do our best to tell you as much as possible about the products you buy from us. This always involves a detailed description of each product (size, price, and usage).
- When you order online, you will receive an order confirmation via the email address you provided with all the details of your purchase. This email is merely a notification and is not binding. The order is binding from the moment it is processed in our system and the product is shipped.
- Immediately after receiving your payment, we will start preparing your order.
- District 70 reserves the right to refuse any purchase for legal reasons, such as if payment fails or a product suddenly turns out to be sold out (in which case you will always receive a refund).
- Products are subject to availability. If a product sells out between the time you order and our warehouse processes it, we will cancel the purchase as it is no longer available. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a refund.

- Prices on the website apply to all orders placed on our website. All prices include VAT (where applicable). Shipping and other applicable costs will be charged during checkout.
- District 70 reserves the right to change information without notice, including incorrect prices or descriptions.
- We offer various payment methods. These are displayed during the checkout process.
- We reserve the right to withdraw such special offers or discounts at any time without notice.
Shipping & Receiving

- Shipping costs will be charged on top of the price of your product, which will be clearly displayed during checkout.
- We aim to ship orders within two business days of your order confirmation email. Please note that shipping may take longer due to holidays or product availability.
- Orders are shipped via Warmako BV under the name of District 70.
- If you ordered a product that we are suddenly unable to ship, you will receive a full refund.
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, stating the expected delivery time by DHL, or DPD.
- If your order is damaged or lost before it reaches you, we'll handle it for you. According to the rules, we're responsible for the damage until you receive the product.

- Are you not completely happy with the product you bought from us? You have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. Returns are also accepted for discounted items. Please ensure the product remains in good condition if you decide to return it. Leave all labels, tags, and plastic attached, so we can make someone else happy.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse and the return has been processed, we will refund the amount to your account. This process can take up to two weeks from the moment you return the product.

- Do you have a complaint? We'd love to do everything we can to make you happy again, so please let us know as soon as possible, preferably by email. We'd like to hear as clearly as possible about the problem, and then we'll take care of it.
- We aim to respond within two business days. We'll either offer you an immediate solution or let you know we need a little more time to find the perfect solution.
