We do our best to ship your order within 2 business days after the confirmation email. We send all orders via DHL or DPD. As soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking code from us. Using this link, you can easily track the status of your order.
During holiday periods or when product stock is limited, shipping may take a little longer.

Shipping costs
Shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium is €4.95 per order, and free on orders over €50.
Germany is €6.95 per order, and also free on orders over €50.
For all other countries we ship to, delivery is free on orders over €99. Rates per order are:
- €7.95: Austria, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Monaco, Poland, Croatia
- €9.95: Slovakia, Slovenia
- €9.95: United Kingdom
- €12.95: Finland, Ireland, Malta, Sweden, Norway, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Latvia, Hungary, Estonia, Spain, Italy, Portugal
- €14.95: Greece, Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria
- €29.95: Switzerland

Not completely satisfied with your order? No problem! You can return the products within 14 days of receipt, as long as they are in their original packaging. Please note: certain products, such as slow feeders, food bowls, lick mats, drinking fountains, or drinking fountain filters, cannot be returned after use.
We will only accept returns for items that are in their original condition and have the tags still intact.

Once we receive the item at our warehouse, we will perform a quality check within 7 days. After approval, we will refund the purchase amount to the account you used for payment within 3 business days.
Out of respect for the environment, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. This way, we also try to raise awareness about the routes a package takes and thus limit the number of returns.
