After placing your order, unfortunately we can no longer modify or cancel it. If you still don’t want to keep the order, you can refuse the package upon delivery or easily return it at a drop-off point after receiving it.

We aim to ship your order within 1 to 2 business days of your order confirmation email. Please note that shipping times may be slightly longer during holidays, weekends, or when product availability is limited.

Received your order, but it's not what you expected? You can return your order within 14 days, as long as the items are in their original condition, the tags are still attached, and the packaging is undamaged.
Please note: products such as food bowls, slow feeders, lick mats, fountains, and toys cannot be returned for hygienic reasons once they have been used. Please return the products at your own expense to:

Upon receipt, we will perform a quality check within 7 days. Once the return is approved, the purchase amount will be refunded to the account used for payment within 3 business days.

Out of respect for the environment, return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. This way, we also try to raise awareness of the journeys a package takes and thus minimize the number of returns. In exceptional circumstances, such as product defects or an error on our part, we will cover the return costs.

No, the covers for our dog beds cannot be ordered separately. Most covers are removable and washable at 30°C. Please consult the product specifications for more information.

You are entitled to a legal warranty: a product must meet what you can reasonably expect from it.
Please note: Cardboard products like scratching posts and toys are not indestructible. Wear and tear will occur with intensive use. We also cannot offer a warranty against scratches caused by your pet's sharp nails.
