Maintenance instructions:

We recommend cleaning the litter box daily by removing clumps and waste for optimal hygiene. In addition, we advise wiping the inside weekly with a damp cloth and a mild cleaning agent to prevent the build-up of odours and dirt. For a thorough cleaning, we recommend emptying the litter box completely every 2 to 4 weeks and carefully washing the inner bucket with warm water and a mild cleaning agent. Make sure all parts are completely dry before refilling the litter box.

In case of intensive use or multiple cats, more frequent thorough cleaning may be necessary.

Warranty

Our hygiene collection comes with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, such as faulty or missing parts upon delivery. Normal wear and tear from daily use is not covered by the warranty. If you receive the product damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours. Damage due to misuse, moisture, or modifications to the product is excluded from the warranty.

What is the difference between Tin, Ribbed Tin and Faux Leather?

All three versions have the same construction and internal dimensions; the difference lies in the finish of the cover. Tin is sleek and smooth, Ribbed Tin has a subtly ribbed relief for added texture, and Faux Leather provides a warm, luxurious look that pairs beautifully with wood and natural materials.

Does the FUSE really keep odors inside?

The closed construction significantly limits the spread of odors. For optimal freshness, use the CARBON FRESH carbon filters in the lid, supplemented with COCO FRESH in the filling. Together, they neutralize odors instead of masking them.

How do I clean the FUSE?

The inner container is fully removable and has a smooth finish that is non-stick. Rinse it with warm water and mild soap and let it dry thoroughly before adding new filling. Wipe the cover with a slightly damp cloth. Do not use harsh cleaning agents or scouring pads, especially on the Faux Leather version.

Can my cat get used to a covered litter box if he prefers an open one?

Yes. With the FUSE, you can remove the door and even take the lid off completely. This allows you to use it as an open tray and build up to a closed one step by step, or simply leave it open if your cat prefers that. Most cats get used to it within a few days. One litter box, three ways to use it.

Does the FUSE leak if my cat pees over the edge?

No. The inner bucket is seamless and completely leak-proof, with a high raised edge. Moisture and contents stay inside, keeping your floor or rug clean.

Does the FUSE really fit into my interior?
