To contact District 70 customer service, please email [email protected] or fill in the contact form at the bottom of the page. We will try to answer your question as soon as possible (within 24 hours on working days). We are closed during the weekend and (inter) national holidays.

1 - Order

How do I place an order?

You can order your desired item by clicking on 'add to cart' on the product page. The item will be placed in your shopping cart after which you can continue shopping. Clicking on 'direct checkout' takes you straight to the shopping cart where you can proceed to order as a guest or with an account.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel your order. Upon delivery, you can refuse the parcel or return it via a postal office.

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change your order. We cannot change the product, size or colour after placing the order.

When will my product be back in stock?

We strive to restock as quickly as possible but sometimes logistical circumstances can take longer than expected. We advise you to check the website regularly if your desired item is out of stock.

What size dog bed should I buy for my dog?

If in doubt, consult the size charts on the product page, which can be found between the images. We measure the beds carefully so that you can choose the right size dog bed for your four-legged friend.

Is it possible to order just the cover of a dog bed?

Unfortunately, no, the covers of our dog beds are not available separately. Most covers are detachable and can be washed at 30 degrees Celsius, please refer to the product specifications for more details.

2 - Payment

How can I make a payment?

After selecting your desired product(s), you can pay for your order via the shopping cart. You can pay via Ideal, PayPal, Bancontact or Creditcard (Visa, Maestro and Mastercard).

The payment failed what should I do?

Was the payment unfortunately unsuccessful? Try again later by re- placing the order or by making the payment again via your account. Please contact us if the problem remains.

3 - Delivery & Returns 

Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver to almost all European countries, with a few exceptions such as Norway. Is the country of your delivery address not listed? Unfortunately we are unable to deliver there.

What is the delivery time?

We aim to ship your order within 1 to 2 working days after the confirmation email. Please note that shipping time may take longer due to holidays, weekends or product availability.

I have not received all of my ordered items?

For orders with large or multiple items, the order may be delivered in parts. Please refer to the t&t information for an up-to-date overview of the shipment.

How do I return my order?

Have you received your order but it is not what you hoped for? Then you may return your order up to 14 days as long as the items are still in their original condition and contain the tags. Some products such as the BAMBOO bowls and slow feeders or toys cannot be returned after usage.

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number, name and the reason why you are returning it. After confirmation, you can send the items at your own cost to the following address: Monta Packing / District 70, Zoete Inval 4, 4815 HK Breda. As soon as we have received the item in our warehouse and processed the return, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) to your account number within 3 working days.

Why do I have to pay for my return?

Out of respect for the environment, the return costs are to be paid by the buyer. In this way, we also try to create awareness of the routes a parcel takes and to reduce the number of returns. In exceptional situations such as product defects or a mistake on our part, we will cover the return costs.

Why do I need to register my return?

We like to be aware of your return so that we can pre-register it in the system and process the return as soon as possible after receiving it.

4 - Warranty

Do I have warranty on my purchase? 

You are entitled to the legal guarantee which means that a product must meet what can reasonably be expected of it. If applicable, the manufacturer's warranty applies longer than the legal warranty. In either case, we will do our best to provide you with the most appropriate solution possible. 

*Cardboard items such as scratching furniture and scratching toys are not indestructible. Although our scratching furniture and scratching toys are made of strong (honeycomb paper) cardboard, it will change condition with enthusiastic use. 

I bought a District 70 product from another shop, where should I report damage/defects? 

Have you bought a District 70 item via another shop? Then you may report it to the corresponding shop or online shop. We can only handle damage or defects if the item was purchased directly through our website www.district70.eu.
