Shipping policy

At District 70, we do our best to deliver your order as quickly and carefully as possible. Below you can find more information about our shipping process.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs within the Netherlands and Belgium are €4.95 per order. Orders over €50 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery time

We aim to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days after you receive your order confirmation email. Please note that delivery may take a little longer during holiday periods or when stock is limited.

Carrier and track & trace

All orders are shipped with DHL or DPD. Once your parcel has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a tracking number from us. You can use the accompanying link to easily track the status of your shipment.

Incorrect or incomplete address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete. District 70 cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address. If you have any questions, please contact us at info@district70.eu.

Lost or damaged deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, or if the tracking information shows it has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact us as soon as possible at info@district70.eu. We will work with you to find a suitable solution.

Returns

If you would like to return a product, please refer to our Returns & Refund Policy for the terms and instructions. Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original packaging and all labels are still attached.
