Maintenance instructions:

We recommend cleaning the drinking fountain, including the filter elements, pump, tank, filter holder, and hoses, by hand with a little soap 1 to 2 times a week. Make sure no soap residue is left behind and dry with a cloth. For the best filtration result, we recommend replacing the filter elements every 30-35 days to ensure water quality. This is easily done by disassembling and replacing the current filter. For detailed instructions, see the manual.
