The cover of the crate mat is removable with a zipper and can be washed at 30 degrees Celsius. We advise against washing the inner cushion to prevent clumping.

Warranty

Our dog beds come with a 30-day warranty against manufacturing defects, such as faulty or missing parts upon delivery. Normal wear and tear from daily use, including scratches from your dog's nails or digging behavior, is not covered by the warranty. If you receive the product damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours. Damage due to improper use, moisture, or modifications to the product is excluded from the warranty.

A large dog crate can be quite intimidating for a puppy, especially when it arrives in a new home full of unfamiliar smells and sounds. With the help of this stylish crate divider, you can gradually enlarge the crate.

Place the SHERPA crate divider where your puppy has enough space to sleep. Then, secure the divider to the crate with ties. Make sure the ties are firmly knotted so they don't come loose during an enthusiastic moment. Also, make sure your puppy has enough room to lie down when you place the divider in the crate. Never trap your dog between the divider and the back of the crate.
